Please help choose the artists who will create public artwork in the Kindred neighborhood.
The Critical Community Improvements (CCI) Plan, funded by HUD and in collaboration with the Cultural Trail Advisory Committee, aims to bring public art to the Kindred neighborhood. Funding has been allocated for six public art projects, along with a mosaic art project, spread across the neighborhood, including the location of the former Tidewater Gardens neighborhood.

Tidewater Gateway and Church Street Plaza are the first two locations selected for public art installations. One artist will be chosen to collaborate with the community to bring your vision to life.
Artists for the remaining four locations will be announced in June, giving you another opportunity to share your voice—so stay tuned!
