Pay the 2024 Real Estate Property Tax bill (for your home, rental property, etc.) electronically. 

Click on the button below and under Guest Sign In, click Accept and Sign In.

• For Real Estate (your home or rental property), enter your 10-digit parcel number (no dashes) OR house number and street name, and click Search.  IMPORTANT: Do not fill in all fields! Enter parcel number or address only. Choose your 2024 bill from the list.  Then click on the Taxes tab to see your balance.  Click Add to Cart and then click on View Cart.   Click the Pay button and a pop-up will appear which allows you to choose a full, installment, or partial payment. Make your choice and then click Apply. Click Checkout and follow the prompts to complete the payment. 

Echeck transactions will be charged a $1.50 fee.

For debit or credit card payments, a percentage of the payment amount is charged for using this service.  All Credit Card transactions will be charged a fee of 2.55%, and all Visa Debit transactions will be charged a $3.95 processing fee.   The remaining Debit card transactions will be charged 2.55%.  The minimum fee for all payment methods, other than electronic check, is $2.00.  (Vendor fees are subject to change).
