Motty Toxey Jr was found murdered at a home located at the 500 block of Marcus Street in Chesapeake, VA, on June 7, 2005, at approximately 9:40 p.m. Two other males, Andre Jackson and Nathaniel Huggins III, were also found murdered along with Mr. Toxey. All three victims had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene. The case remains unsolved.
