Dogs and cats like the ones pictured below are why we're dedicated to helping pets find forever homes. The Chesapeake Animal Services "Guardian Angel" Program allows caring people in our community to sponsor an adoption for a deserving animal.
The "Guardian Angel" program is a way to save animal lives and help people experience the joy and unconditional love of pet ownership. Shelter animals are our most vulnerable pets. The time they can humanely live in cages is limited. Chesapeake Animal Services is working hard every day to save these precious lives, one animal at a time.
That is where you come in.
An animal may never find a home and family without compassionate people like you. Through the "Guardian Angel" program, you may choose to sponsor a specific animal's adoption or let the staff select one for you. You may choose a dog, cat, kitten, or puppy.
