Welcome to the City-Parish Employee and Retiree 2025 Health Fair presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Our Lady of the Lake Healthy Lives, and the Department of Human Resources. The Health Fair is a FREE benefit offered to employees and retirees that includes education and support on many health topics.
Learn more about your health plan coverage and services available to you and dependents covered on your plan. Visit with local vendors for free samples and information on community services that can improve your health and quality of life.
You can take up to two hours to attend the health fair with your supervisor’s approval. You can park in the River Center garages. Parking will be validated at the welcome desk when you enter the health fair.
- This year, the Health Fair will include:
- Our Lady of the Lake’s Healthy Lives screenings and wellness programs
- Our Lady of the Lake Blood Drive
- Health coaching information from Blue Cross dietitians and nurses
- Resources for mental health, emotional well-being, and financial wellness And much more!
Mayor-President Emile “Sid” Edwards will speak to health fair attendees at 10:30 a.m., along with representatives from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and Our Lady of the Lake.

Healthy Lives Overview Healthy Lives, a service of Our Lady of the Lake, is a comprehensive health and wellness program provided at no cost for employees on the health plan. All EBRCP employees are eligible for an annual health screening.
