Mr. Dorsey was abducted from an unknown location, and his hands were bound with duct tape. The suspects took the victim to the 900 Block of Lake Village Avenue in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake, Virginia. Mr. Dorsey was shot on the landing of the apartment building on March 28, 1999, at approximately 2:14 am.
